About
Katniss Everdeen, the symbol of the rebellion, joins District 13's fight against President Snow and the Capitol in the final Hunger Games film.
After surviving the Hunger Games twice, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) has become the symbol of the rebellion. She recovers in District 13 from an attack by Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson), who is still brainwashed by the Capitol. President Alma Coin of District 13 (Julianne Moore) refuses to let Katniss go to the Capitol until District 2 is secured, and Katniss joins the fight there.
She is then recruited into the Star Squad, a special unit that includes Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth) and Finnick. With allies from District 13, she sets out to confront President Snow and the Capitol. Woody Harrelson plays Haymitch Abernathy, Elizabeth Banks plays Effie Trinket, Philip Seymour Hoffman plays Plutarch Heavensbee and Jeffrey Wright plays Beetee Latier.
