About
A cleaning company's site manager balances clients, her team and a subcontractor's demands as the pressure of low-wage work mounts.
Heike Kamp, played by Sabine Thalau, is in her late fifties and works as a site manager for a building cleaning company. Every day she travels between fashion shops, a kindergarten and a retirement home to check her team's work and to lend a hand herself where needed. She is the link between the clients, the company management and the cleaners.
When she is caught trying to poach a worker from an important subcontractor, he threatens to withdraw his support unless he gets more hours and more turnover. The pressure on Heike keeps growing as she tries to meet those demands.
