About
Pianist Lucy Weiss gives up her career to help her husband Philip recover from burnout, but police arrest him.
Lucy Weiss, a successful pianist, leaves Munich for a home in the countryside with her husband Philip and their young son. The move is meant to help Philip recover from burnout, and Lucy gives up her own career to make it possible. In Munich, police investigator Elsa Kühn helps care for her father, who has dementia, together with his live-in nurse. Before the family has finished unpacking, Elsa comes to their new house and Philip is arrested. The encounter forces Lucy to confront the truth about her husband. Léa Seydoux plays Lucy, Laurence Rupp is Philip and Jella Haase is Elsa.
