About
A Rome PE teacher and her chef partner separate after a trivial argument; she loses her appetite, he retreats into his kitchen.
Marta (Alba Rohrwacher) teaches physical education at a secondary school in Rome and shares her home with Antonio (Elio Germano), a chef whose career is on the rise. After what seems an insignificant argument, Antonio abruptly ends their relationship.
Antonio takes refuge in his kitchen. Marta tries to get her life back on track, caring for her students at school and finally noticing a colleague's advances. In her silence, she feels more than sadness. She has lost her appetite, and it is not only because of the breakup.
