How many people fit in Cine Twins?
Cine Twins does not publish seat counts for its three halls; the largest group it advertises for a private screening is about 100 people.

- Private screening
- From 2 to about 100 people
A whole hall can be booked from two people up to a group of about 100. That makes Cine Twins a small, service-led cinema rather than a large auditorium, and it is worth booking early for a popular film or a group visit.
For scale, the Goffertstadion in Nijmegen holds 12,650 spectators after its 2025 field seats were added, and the main hall of Schouwburg Cuijk has 636 seats. Both are larger venues within a short drive, which puts the scale of Cine Twins in perspective.

Cine Twins seating: three halls, recliners and the balcony
Every seat is a reclining armchair; the real choice is between the three halls, a loveseat and the balcony with Club Lounge access.
Halls
Three: 1, 2 and 3
Accessible
Halls 1 and 3; hall 2 stairs only
Seats
Reclining armchairs, some loveseats
Balcony
Extra ticket, includes Club Lounge
The halls are numbered 1, 2 and 3. Halls 1 and 3 are on the ground floor and wheelchair-accessible: at the back row two armchairs can be removed to make room for one or two wheelchairs, and the accessible toilet is on the ground floor. Hall 2 is upstairs and reachable only by stairs, so visitors who cannot manage stairs should book hall 1 or 3.
Seats are relax armchairs with an electric backrest and footrest, a coat hook, a swivel table and the service button. Some rows have loveseats, two seats without an armrest between them. Cine Twins does not publish a seat map, so choose your hall and place when you book; accessible places can be booked online or by phone.
The balcony is the premium option: a larger armchair with more legroom and, according to the cinema, the best view of the screen, plus a glass of cava or a children's cocktail on arrival. Balcony guests can use the Club Lounge before and after the film; the lounge opens one hour before the first screening and closes one hour after the last. The balcony is reached by stairs only, under-18s need an adult with them, and a balcony place is a separate ticket including Club Lounge access.
- For step-free access, book hall 1 or 3.
- For the most legroom and Club Lounge access, book a balcony seat.
- Ask for a loveseat if you want to sit without an armrest between you.
Food and drink at Cine Twins: served at your seat
Cine Twins serves an extensive menu in the hall: order by website, phone or the service button and staff bring it to your seat.
The menu runs from a small bite to a luxury cocktail, with snacks, sweets, coffee, soft drinks and alcohol. Order before the film or during it with the service button; the order is served in the hall so you do not miss the film. If you order more than 30 minutes before the start, a selection can be waiting at your seat when you arrive; hot drinks are made after you have been welcomed.
Bringing your own food and drink is not allowed. Payment is by card, cash, subscription credit, Cine Twins gift card or voucher, the Nationale bioscoopbon and the MaDiWoDo bon; notes of €200 or more are not accepted. Card payment works at the box office and in the hall.

Cine Twins subscription: one or two films a month
A subscription costs €9.50 a month for one film, €17.00 a month for two, or €11.00 a quarter for one film every three months.
Subscribers get one credit per period. The credit does not have to be used in that period: it stays valid as long as the subscription runs, so two quiet months can become three cinema visits in the third. When the credit is gone, an extra visit costs the subscription rate per film. A digital profile photo links the subscription to its holder; no card is needed.
Children's subscriptions cost €6.50 a month for one Dutch-language children's film, or €8.00 a quarter for one every three months; child subscribers also get €2.00 off other films. The subscription can be cancelled monthly after four months, with one period's notice; the remaining credit stays valid for one period after cancellation. Balcony, 3D and themed premieres only charge the difference above the regular ticket price.

Cine Twins house rules: age limits, phones and food
Cine Twins asks guests to keep the hall quiet: phones on silent, voices low, no recording and no smoking inside. Under-16s are not admitted to a 16+ film.
Alcohol is not served to minors, and the 16+ age limit is enforced. For Dutch-language children's films all ages are welcome, but the cinema advises following the Kijkwijzer age rating. Children who cannot walk are admitted free on an adult's lap for Dutch children's films; for regular films they are not admitted. Own food and drink may not be brought in; order from the menu instead. Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs. Children's parties at Cine Twins: a birthday at the cinema
A children's party gets the birthday child a free ticket and a party pack when you book for seven people or more, including the birthday child.
Every child in the party also gets a small gift, and the birthday child's chair is decorated at any group size. With an online booking for seven or more you can pass on the birthday child's name; for smaller groups, book by phone. Children's champagne and a Kidsbox can be ordered with the reservation and are waiting in the hall.
Popular children's films are programmed two weeks ahead so invitations can go out in time; for Sundays, holidays and school holidays the programme is announced the Monday before. If the film is not yet listed, the weekly programme email sends a reminder when booking opens.

What kind of cinema is Cine Twins?
Cine Twins is a small, service-led cinema in Malden where comfort and personal attention replace queues and ticket machines.
The cinema sits on Kerkplein in Malden, a village near Nijmegen, and has three halls plus a balcony. Staff welcome guests at their seats instead of checking tickets at a gate, and there are no ticket machines.
Comfort is the selling point: every seat is a reclining armchair with an electric backrest and footrest, a coat hook, a swivel table and a service button. Guests can order food and drink before or during the film and have it served in the hall; the button also calls staff for requests such as a different sound level or temperature. All halls have air conditioning.
The programme mixes current films with Dutch children's films, arthouse evenings, concert screenings and themed premieres. The cinema says this approach earns the highest ratings in the sector on Google reviews and social media.
