Every event page has a "Tickets" button that leads to the ticket seller of that show, sometimes Live Nation, sometimes the artist's own shop.
So prime entertainment does not sell every show from one fixed place. You see the price and price category on the event, and the price is shown "plus fees". "PK" stands for price category.
The home page marks what has changed: "Ausverkauft!" (sold out), "Ort verlegt" (new venue), "Termin verlegt" (new date) or "Abgesagt" (cancelled). If you have to travel, check there and on social media first. You can subscribe to the newsletter on the contact page, also by QR code.

Moved, cancelled, resold: what applies?
According to prime entertainment, tickets usually stay valid for the new date when a show is moved, and for a cancellation you return them where you bought them.
If a show moves to a different time, you can also return the tickets, at the point of sale where you bought them. A refund only works if your request arrives in time before the new date; the organiser sets the deadline. If a show moves to another venue within the same city, you cannot return the tickets.
Travel costs are not refunded for a cancellation or a move. Exchange and return are otherwise generally excluded.
If you cannot go, you may pass on non-personalised tickets privately and non-commercially. A surcharge of at most 25% for transaction costs is allowed. Auctions, secondary platforms such as Viagogo or StubHub and any commercial resale are prohibited.

What applies on the day? Children, bags, cameras
Children under 6 are not admitted to prime entertainment concerts, except children's shows, and bags and backpacks are generally banned.
Children from 6 are admitted only with a parent or guardian and ear protection, and every child needs their own ticket. For young people from 14, prime entertainment's youth protection rules apply; the declaration transferring supervision is a PDF on the FAQ page.
Take only the essentials: phone, keys, wallet, medicine or cosmetics (no sprays) in a belt bag or handbag no bigger than DIN A4. Stadium and arena shows and festivals may have different rules. Visitors are searched.
You may take photos with compact cameras and phones for personal use. SLR cameras, zoom lenses, video cameras and audio recorders are not allowed. prime entertainment does not arrange marriage proposals or birthday greetings on stage.
