MünchenMusik subscriptions, the Concerto choice subscription and vouchers
MünchenMusik sells classical subscriptions for the 2026/27 season at the Isarphilharmonie and the Prinzregententheater; with the Concerto choice subscription you put together your own programme.
Subscriptions and cycles carry no extra fees on top of the listed prices. You book online by category, MünchenMusik picks the seats from its free allocation and posts you the subscription cards; by phone you choose the seats together.
With the Concerto choice subscription you save at least 15 % on the entry price including the presale fee for 5 concerts (Concertino), at least 20 % for 8 concerts (Concerto) and at least 25 % for 10 concerts (Concerto grosso). Exhibition projects and concerts by other promoters are excluded. Status: 7 November 2026.
Once per season you can swap one performance: announce the swap and make sure MünchenMusik has your original subscription card up to 14 days before the event. Cancelling a subscription must be done in writing; the notice period is on your invoice.
Vouchers are valid for two years from the purchase date. You order them online or by phone and redeem them in the basket with the voucher code or when booking by phone; exchange, return and cash payout are excluded.

Returning and exchanging tickets, and refunds if a concert is cancelled
Under its terms (AGB) MünchenMusik generally does not take back or exchange paid tickets; if MünchenMusik cancels an event you get the entry price refunded.
If an event is cancelled, the entry prices are refunded without shipping costs, postage and system fees, against the original tickets.
If MünchenMusik moves an event for an important reason, such as an artist falling ill or bad weather at an open-air concert, bought tickets stay valid; a refund is given only if the new date cannot reasonably be expected of you. If an announced soloist drops out, the promoter may provide an artistically suitable replacement or adjust the programme.
You may pass on or sell tickets, but not above the price you paid. Concert tickets are not personalised and are therefore transferable, including print@home tickets that carry the buyer's name. Report a lost ticket through the contact form before the event.

Before the concert: evening box office, discounts, the Brunnenhof and public transport
Discounted tickets for pupils and students are sold only at the day or evening box office, which usually opens one hour before the start; they cannot be booked in advance.
Discounted tickets are available depending on availability, with proof, up to age 28 while you are in education; family performances marked separately are excluded. Groups of 20 or more contact MünchenMusik by phone or through the contact form.
Wheelchair spaces and tickets for people with a B-marked disability card cannot be booked on the website, only by phone on 089 / 93 60 93. If a companion is shown to be needed (mark B), the companion gets a 100 % discount.
At the Summer Proms in the Brunnenhof of the Residenz, a concert with a fallback venue can move to the Herkulessaal when it rains; without a fallback it takes place in the Brunnenhof in any weather, with free rain ponchos. The announcement and your ticket say whether there is a fallback.
For all concerts from 1 January 2027, use of the MVV (Munich public transport) is no longer included in the entry price; this covers all subscription concerts of the 2026/27 season at the Isarphilharmonie. Until 31 December 2026 an exception applies only to special concerts where the included MVV use is stated on the ticket.
