Elluf Elluf
Carnival starts on the Grote Markt: two stages, a programme for children and the announcement of the new Prince at 17:11.
Sinterklaas arrives
Sinterklaas arrives in the city centre. The entertainment starts on the Grote Markt at 14:00, and the procession then goes via the Reigerstraat, Havermarkt and Visserstraat. It is back on the Grote Markt around 15:30, and around 16:00 he speaks from the town hall steps.
IJsplein Breda
Breda's ice rink in the middle of the Grote Markt, open every day from late morning until midnight or later (the hours differ on 11 December, 25 and 31 December and 1 January).
Het Winter Walhalla
A winter fair at the Breepark with a large ice rink, fairground rides, lights, music, and winter food and drinks.
Singelloop Breda
The running day through the centre and along the singels, with a first walking tour the day before.
