About
A grumpy green Grinch above Whoville plans to steal the town's Christmas decorations and gifts, while Cindy-Lou Who hopes to meet Santa Claus.
In Whoville, the Whos are busy preparing for Christmas. The green-furred Grinch (voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch), whose heart is said to be two sizes too small, lives in a cave on a snowy mountaintop with his dog Max and only comes into town to buy groceries. He is not happy with all the festivities, and when the town plans its annual celebration, he hatches a plan to steal the decorations and presents. Meanwhile, six-year-old Cindy-Lou Who (Cameron Seely) sees that her single mother Donna (Rashida Jones) is overworked caring for Cindy and her twin infant brothers, Buster and Bean. After an encounter with the Grinch, Cindy-Lou decides to go to the North Pole to speak to Santa Claus face-to-face. Pharrell Williams narrates.
