About
Wile E. Coyote sues Acme Corporation with lawyer Kevin Avery over the defective products that foil his Road Runner pursuit.
In a world where cartoon characters live alongside humans, Wile E. Coyote keeps chasing the Road Runner with devices from the Acme Corporation, and the products keep failing him. After another failed attempt, he sees a television ad for Avery, Jones & Maltese, an Albuquerque law firm that handles personal injury cases involving cartoon violence and Acme products. Wile E. asks the firm’s senior partner, Kevin Avery (Will Forte), to sue Acme over the defective devices used in his pursuit. Kevin’s niece and intern Paige (Lana Condor) wants to take Acme to court, while Kevin would rather settle. Acme’s lawyer is Buddy Crane (John Cena).
