About
A couple on a van-life road trip witness a highway crash and are then haunted by a demonic presence called The Passenger.
Passenger follows Maddie Brecker (Lou Llobell) and Tyler Genocchio (Jacob Scipio), a couple who have left their jobs and are six weeks into a road trip in a van, away from New York. On a residential street where they stop to camp, a neighborhood watch volunteer (Devielle Johnson) tells them they cannot stay, and Tyler proposes to Maddie. Later, on a remote highway, they witness a gruesome accident involving Lucas Tedesco (Miles Fowler), a friend of Daniel (Alan Trong). After they leave the crash scene, they find they are not alone: a demonic presence called The Passenger (Joseph Lopez) has attached itself to them and turns their van-life journey into a nightmare. Melissa Leo appears as Diana Larson.
