About
In 1985, a nearly thirteen-year-old boy in a Paris suburb finds his way amid family conflict, a distant older brother and his first crush.
It is 1985. Vincent Dayan (Simon Boublil), almost thirteen, grows up in a Paris suburb in a middle-class family. His older brother keeps his distance, and his parents argue often. Father Yves (Louis Garrel) has lost his job and keeps this from the family. Mother Sandrine (Camille Cottin) has worked as a secretary for years and wants a job that demands more of her. At home, conflicts regularly escalate. Vincent looks for his way in a family that is drifting further apart, while he falls in love for the first time and takes his first steps toward adulthood.
