GLOW Eindhoven parking 2026: car parks, P+R and road closures
Going to GLOW by car? Book ahead: Q-Park de Bijenkorf or Kennedyplein from €10 an evening, or ParkingYou (max €15 a day, otherwise €20). Or park at P+R Evoluon and take bus 401, 402 or 403. Five car parks in the centre are closed to entry 18:30 – 00:30 (Q-Park: from 18:00). The easiest way is the train: Eindhoven Centraal is on the route.

Eindhoven Centraal and Strijp-S are both right next to the route.
FBike
Bike parks at 18 Septemberplein, Heuvel, Centraal Station Noord and Genneperparken.
BBus
Buses run to Eindhoven Centraal from the surrounding towns; check 9292.nl.
Questions about parking
Which car parks are closed during GLOW?
The Stadhuisplein, Hooghuisstraat, Witte Dame and Admirant car parks and the Keizersgracht car park (Fensterrein): from 7 to 14 November you cannot drive in between 18:30 and 00:30; Q-Park gives 18:00 as the start for its car parks. Leaving is possible, with delays.
What does parking cost during GLOW?
At Q-Park de Bijenkorf and Kennedyplein you pay €10 an evening (18:00 – 00:00) if you book ahead. With a ParkingYou reservation you pay at most €15 a day at Parking DLL, TD-Gebouw or Bedrijfschoolgebouw; you book Philips Stadion through PSV's parking page. Without a reservation ParkingYou's €20 entry rate applies.
Where is the P+R for GLOW?
At the Evoluon. Buses 401, 402 and 403 run from there to the centre.
Which roads are closed?
Every evening from 18:00 to 23:55, among others the Emmasingel, Keizersgracht, Willemstraat, Frederiklaan, PSV-laan towards Vonderweg and the streets around the Vonderkwartier. The Vonderweg is very busy from 17:00: use the ring road.
