A colourful programme brings Arabic, African and European music traditions together, with rhythm, improvisation and melody.

The members have roots in different continents and styles, from Arabic music and classical to jazz and free improvisation.

The music features the warm sound of the ūd, lyrical oboe and cello, and layered percussion.

Artistic director and composer Haytham Safia was born in Galilee and settled in the Netherlands after his studies.
