About this workshop
The workshop starts with a walk, in which Reinier explains how mushrooms and fungi connect and feed the forest.
You learn to identify mushrooms, which species are edible and which to avoid, and you hear about their medicinal properties.
After the walk you prepare and taste the mushrooms picked during the walk.
The workshop is at Buitenplaats De Hoorneboeg, Hoorneboeg 5, 1213 RE Hilversum, on Sunday 15 November from 13:00 to 17:00.
