Reachable only by stairs
The theatre hall is a flat-floor room with a retractable tribune. Because the seats are fixed and numbered, the place on your ticket is the place you keep; the box office's automatic choice can be changed to another available seat while you book.
The wheelchair places are on row 1. From row 2 upwards the tribune is reachable only by stairs, so anyone who cannot manage stairs should book row 1 or contact the box office before buying.
For the clearest view, choose a seat in the middle of the tribune, straight in front of the stage. An aisle seat is easier if you may need to leave during the performance.

- Book an aisle seat if you may need to leave during the show.
- Wheelchair users: email [email protected] so the box office can reserve a row-1 place.
Eating and drinking at Podium Hoge Woerd
CastellumCafé in the same building is the place for a drink or an Italian meal before or after the show.
The theatre shares the Castellum with CastellumCafé, where you can have a drink on the terrace, an Italian dinner in the restaurant or a drink before or after a performance. The theatre has no separate restaurant, so the café is the place to eat at the venue.
Check CastellumCafé's current opening hours and menu before you travel; the theatre's own pages point to the café for both.
