Yael Bridge directs this 2026 documentary, which follows UPS workers across the United States as they try to build solidarity with their co-workers before a possible major strike. In 2023 the union representing transport and warehouse staff at UPS, with 340,000 employees, prepares a strike. The workers call for higher pay and better working conditions, including air conditioning. The film looks at what leads sorters and drivers to support the union or hold back. Since COVID, workload has risen sharply while pay has not kept pace, yet joining a strike is not simple for everyone; some need two or three jobs and cannot risk losing income. Workers discuss their situation, and archive footage recalls the 1997 UPS strike, when work stopped for weeks. The cast includes Sean O’Brien, Justin Alo, Antoine Andrews, Angel Badu, Antonio Rosario and Nailah Weller.
