About
A dying kung-fu master sends his last pupil to find five former students and learn whether they have turned to evil.
The dying master of the powerful Poison Clan sends his last pupil, Yang De (Chiang Sheng), to find the clan's old compatriot Yun. Yun must be warned that the fortune the clan gathered is threatened by five former pupils of the master.
Each of the five knows a lethal combat style named after an animal: the Centipede (Lu Feng), the Snake (Wai Pak), the Scorpion (Sun Chien), the Lizard (Phillip Kwok Chui) and the Toad (Lo Meng). Yang has to discover where they are and what their true identities are, and decide which of them he can trust. Centipede and Snake knew one another; Lizard and Toad also knew each other; Scorpion was unknown to the other four.
