Seating at Stadsschouwburg Haarlem: floor, balconies and sightlines

The Schouwburgzaal is a traditional proscenium theatre. It has 357 seats on the floor and the rest on the balconies, 667 in total. The rank layout can change from one production to the next because the set and the staging are different each time.
The ranks are named by view, from 'good view' to 'restricted view'. Seats further back or to the side can have a partial view of the stage or less comfortable legroom. If an uninterrupted view matters, choose the best-view rank rather than the cheapest one.
Check the rank description on the event page before paying. For a child at a youth performance, ask for a seat booster.
