The tribune can be pushed in completely, turning the theatre hall into a flat floor of 16 by 15 metres for dinners, presentations and ceremonies. The stage is 8 metres wide and 5 to 7 metres deep.
The comparison table sets the hall beside two buildings with a published capacity in the open data: Poppodium Manifesto and the Oost-Indische Pakhuizen. They are different kinds of building, so read the table as a scale check rather than a like-for-like comparison.

About Het Postkantoor
A former post office in the heart of Stede Broec, now a theatre with three rooms and a programme of theatre, film, cabaret, music and family shows.
The building is a monumental former post office, designed in an expressionist style with Amsterdam School elements. The old post hall, where people once queued for stamps, now holds the theatre.
The theatre hall seats 144 people, or 180 with extra rows; the Streekzaal holds 20 to 80 and the theatre café 48, or 65 with standing tables. The rooms are also hired for presentations, meetings, dinners and ceremonies.
The theatre is run by Stichting Theater Exploitatie Het Postkantoor Stede Broec (STEPS) and is an SBB-recognised learning company. It is not the same as the venues, restaurants and former post offices elsewhere that share the name Het Postkantoor, such as in Delft, Goes or Ermelo; this one is at Hoofdstraat 17 in Bovenkarspel.
