About this workshop
Hiske Versprille, culinary journalist and restaurant critic, takes you into writing about food and restaurants.
She has written weekly restaurant reviews for fourteen years, now for de Volkskrant and earlier at Het Parool.
She also writes the Eetwezen column for De Groene Amsterdammer and wrote many essays about cooking, food and culinary (pop) culture.
The workshop takes place at Bibliotheek Neude, Neude 11, 3512AE Utrecht, on Saturday 28 November 2026 from 14:00 to 15:30.
