The story of Sven Ratzke – Kopfkino
Sven Ratzke takes the cinema as the starting point for a solo evening in which songs and stories move through more than 120 years of film. He goes from the first flickering images to Hollywood glamour and the dream worlds of directors such as Fellini, Fassbinder, Hitchcock and Lynch.
Familiar film songs are given new arrangements, and between them Ratzke brings divas and dreamers to life, from Greta Garbo to Miss Piggy. Julian Bohn accompanies him on the piano.
