Bijlmer Parktheater, Amsterdam

About

What to expect

POR is a playful and poetic dance theatre performance about a boy, an older woman, memories and dreams.

  • Two living rooms turn on their axis.
  • A boy dreams forward among moving boxes.
  • An older woman looks back at memories.
  • Neither of them really takes a step.
  • Routine turns into curiosity between the two.
  • It shows generations clashing and merging.
  • Memories and dreams give way to now.
  • ★★★★ review: gentle, moving dance and circus theatre.
