About

A nine-year-old aerial acrobat trains under a strict teacher in Kharkiv until the circus company relocates to Budapest after the invasion.

Nine-year-old Sasha is a quiet boy who stands out in aerial acrobatics. In Kharkiv, he trains at a circus under Svitlana, a strict teacher who does not let a mistake go without comment. She sees talent in him and tries to strengthen his concentration. The documentary observes Sasha's training and the circus company around him.

When Russia's full-scale invasion begins, Svitlana leaves for Budapest with her young pupils. The relocation changes Sasha's surroundings, and his motivation to perform also shifts.
