About
Firefighter Alex Birk and her colleague Jakob try to free a girl trapped in an old safe at a remote manor.
Firefighter Alex Birk (Jeanne Goursaud) and Jakob Gotthardt (Laurence Rupp), her colleague and lover, travel to an isolated manor for a rescue. A girl is said to be trapped in the cellar. Alex has started drinking since she failed to save a small girl from a fire, and Jakob is sceptical about the call.
At the house, father Mark Krüger (Anton Noori) leads the firefighters downstairs to a safe from the 1930s. His six-year-old daughter Laura (Sophia Jelinek) is believed to have locked herself inside while playing hide-and-seek. The safe was left behind by the previous owner, who died shortly before, and no one knows the combination. Locksmith René Rademeyer (Christoph Krutzler) says the heavy steel safe can hardly be opened. Alexandra Maria Lara is also in the cast.
