About
In 1990, Patty loses her job and her friend Jelena, collects abandoned belongings and meets the younger Franz.
In 1990, during German reunification, 50-year-old Patty (Gerti Drassl) loses her job and then her friend Jelena (Manuela Biedermann) in a small East German town. Patty begins collecting things people leave behind when they move away. She meets the younger Franz (Clemens Bobke), who falls in love with her. Her flat fills with so many of these belongings that she can no longer get inside. Patty sets off toward a mysterious forest around the Kyffhäuser. Her journey leads through landscapes and history.
