About
After losing their home and learning of Moth's illness, Raynor and Moth Winn walk England's South West Coast Path in search of comfort.
Raynor and Moth Winn, played by Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs, lose their farm and home after putting money into a friend's business venture. Moth is then diagnosed with corticobasal degeneration. With little money left, the couple decide to walk the South West Coast Path, using Paddy Dillon's guidebook. They set off from Minehead with a tent and only the essentials, hoping the long route and the English countryside will offer them comfort. Along the way they deal with the shame of being homeless and with reactions from people they meet, while others show them sympathy and help. Marianne Elliott directs this adaptation of Raynor Winn's memoir.
