About
Sarah travels with her baby Luana from Berlin to Africa to get Luana's father Eduardo to take on his father role.
In Mozambique, a GDR flag is waved at a rally in Maputo by Madgermanes, contract workers who once worked in eastern Germany. Some of them founded families there, including Eulidio. His daughter Sarah, who is Afro-German, grows up with her mother in Berlin. Her relationship with her second home develops slowly.
After the birth of her daughter Luana, Sarah tries to persuade Luana's father, the Mozambican Eduardo, to take on his father role despite the distance and cultural differences. With her one-year-old daughter, Sarah travels from Berlin to Africa.
