About
Interpol and marine biologist Akira Ichinose trace a giant marine dinosaur to Dr. Mafune and his daughter Katsura.
After Mechagodzilla’s defeat, Interpol agents search the bottom of the Okinawan Sea for the robot’s remains. Their submarine is attacked by a giant marine dinosaur, which they name Titanosaurus, and the crew vanishes. Interpol begins an investigation.
With help from marine biologist Akira Ichinose (Katsuhiko Sasaki), the agents trace Titanosaurus to Shinzô Mafune (Akihiko Hirata), a reclusive scientist who wants to destroy mankind. At Mafune’s home they meet his daughter Katsura (Tomoko Ai), who says her father is dead and that she burned his notes on Titanosaurus. The alien invaders have rebuilt Mechagodzilla, and Mafune controls Titanosaurus.
