About
A young Algerian chef hides his relationship with Léa and his love of French cuisine from his mother until Léa wants to meet his mother.
Mehdi (Younès Boucif) is a young Algerian chef and works in a bistro. There he cooks together with his partner Léa (Clara Bretheau). At the same time, he presents himself to his mother Fatima (Malika Zerrouki) as an exemplary Algerian son. He hides from her his life with Léa and his interest in French cuisine and wine. When Léa no longer tolerates the secrecy and insists on meeting Fatima, Mehdi comes under pressure. He then looks for a way out.
