About
A laid-off welder and his wife meet a documentary filmmaker and her wealthy husband, confronting different lives and hidden desires.
In Possible Love, Lee Chang-dong directs a drama about two married couples whose lives intersect while a documentary is being made. Choi Ho-seok, played by Sul Kyung-gu, is a welder at SP Heavy Industries who loses his job after the company announces layoffs. His wife, Ahn Mi-ok, is played by Jeon Do-yeon. The filmmaker Lee Ye-ji, played by Cho Yeo-jeong, and her wealthy husband Sang-woo, played by Zo In-sung, meet the other couple during the documentary work. The two pairs are forced to reckon with their different circumstances and hidden longings.
