About
In 1969 Los Angeles, an aging TV western star and his stunt double face a changing film industry as Sharon Tate moves in next door.
Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a former television western hero whose career has slipped into guest appearances as a villain. In Los Angeles in 1969, as Hollywood changes, his agent advises him to try Italian-made westerns, which Rick considers beneath him. Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt), Rick's stunt double, driver and assistant, has trouble finding stunt work. Next door, actress Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie) and her husband, director Roman Polanski, have moved in; Rick hopes their proximity can help revive his career.
