About

Five-year-old Lotta cuts up her scratchy sweater and moves into the neighbour's attic after her older siblings are allowed more than she is.

In a small yellow house on Krachmacherstrasse, five-year-old Lotta (Grete Havnesköld) grows up with her parents (Beatrice Järås and Claes Malmberg) and her older siblings Mia (Linn Gloppestad) and Jonas (Martin Andersson). She regularly gets cross that the older children are allowed more than she is. She visits Tant Berg (Margreth Weivers), the neighbour. Lotta gets angry and cuts her scratchy sweater into pieces. She then decides to leave home and moves into Tant Berg's attic, where she settles in. The cast also includes Gunvor Pontén as Fru Blomgren and Sten Ljunggren as Farbror Blomgren.
