About
A boy on a French farm is prescribed an iron corset and finds music and a new friend at the local church.
Iron Boy is an animated drama directed by Louis Clichy, set in rural France. Christophe (voiced by Gary Clichy) lives with his family on their farm, where he tries to meet the expectations of his strict, distant father. His body begins to fail him without warning, and he loses his balance and falls. A doctor prescribes an iron corset to hold him upright. Since Christophe can no longer help with the harvest, he takes on duties at the local church. There he encounters the organ and discovers music. He also meets the headstrong Clara (voiced by Brune Moulin), who opens up new possibilities for him away from the fields.
