About
Twin sisters try to save a struggling dude ranch from developers and organize tourist activities, while a man works against them.
Eight-year-old twins Susie (Mary-Kate Olsen) and Jessica Martin (Ashley Olsen) live in Philadelphia with their widowed father Stephen (Patrick Cassidy). A letter from Natty (Peg Phillips), who is trying to keep her dude ranch afloat, invites the girls' mother Sarah to help there; Natty does not know that Sarah has died. The twins persuade their father to visit the ranch, where they meet Natty's foreman George (Ben Cardinal) and her son Bart Gafooley (Martin Mull).
The ranch is in trouble, and developers want the land for a theme park. The girls try to bring in money by organizing square dancing, western riding and rafting for tourists, while Bart works against their efforts.
