About
In 1960s Cologne, rival pimps fight over the red-light district while a gangster's brother targets the prosecutor.
In Cologne in the 1960s, two rival gangs, the Cologne pimps and the Viennese, are at odds. The Austrian pimp and brothel owner Poldi (Walter Kohut) wants to enter the Cologne red-light milieu, but the local pimps have already divided the districts among themselves and oppose him. After a violent confrontation in a Cologne backyard, the police arrest a well-known gangster. His brother Paul Keil (Arthur Brauss) is furious and, together with his companions, begins a private war against the investigating prosecutor Dr. Rolf Stauffer (Richard Münch).
