About
Chao Chih-Hao trains under a new master to defeat tyrant Meng Tung-Shan in a tournament and win Sung Ying Ying's hand.
Chao Chih-Hao (Lo Lieh) is a promising martial arts student who has trained for years under Master Sung Wu-Yang (Ku Wen-Chung) and is in love with Sung's daughter, Sung Ying Ying (Wang Ping). After Sung fails to fight off a group of thugs, he sends Chao to study under the superior Master Suen Hsin-Pei (Fang Mian). Chao is meant to learn enough to face the local martial arts tyrant Meng Tung-Shan (Tien Feng) at an upcoming tournament and earn Ying Ying's hand. On the road Chao meets singer Yen Chu-Hung (Huang Chin-feng) and intervenes when Meng's men threaten her. In town he starts training under Suen, where star pupil Han Lung (James Nam Seok-Hoon) gives him an early beating.
