About
A Russian businessman whose company is caught up in the 2022 mobilisation discovers his wife's affair and begins to lose his grip on his life.
Gleb is a Russian entrepreneur who leads a seemingly ideal life. With his wife Galina and their teenage son Seryozha he lives in a large glass villa on the edge of a provincial town.
When Russia invades Ukraine in 2022, reality begins to seep into his daily life: employees leave the country and his company is obliged to cooperate in the mobilisation. His business comes under pressure and unrest in society grows. Then he discovers that his wife is having an affair, and he slowly loses his grip on reality.
Minotaur is directed by Andrey Zvyagintsev and is inspired by Claude Chabrol's La Femme infidèle.
