About
During a zombie epidemic, a traffic reporter, his girlfriend and two SWAT officers escape Philadelphia by helicopter and take refuge in a shopping mall.
An epidemic of unidentified origin is turning the recently dead into aggressive zombies, and social order in the United States is collapsing. In Philadelphia, traffic reporter Stephen Andrews (David Emge) and his girlfriend Francine Parker (Gaylen Ross), a television producer, plan to steal the WGON-TV station's helicopter to leave the city. Across town, SWAT officer Roger DeMarco (Scott H. Reiniger) and his team raid a housing project whose tenants are defying martial law. Stephen, Francine, Roger and Peter Washington (Ken Foree) escape by helicopter and barricade themselves inside a large suburban shopping mall during the mass hysteria.
