About

Two half-sisters return to their childhood island of Gran Canaria to settle their mother's estate and face their shared past.

Diana (Helene Bjørneby) and Lily (Renate Reinsve) are half-sisters who grow up at an all-inclusive resort on Gran Canaria. Their mother, Vera (Lillian Müller), works there as a tour guide. Years later, the two have distanced themselves from the island and from each other. Diana works in a kindergarten in a small town in Norway. Lily is a former model and one-time nightlife figure who is now part of the art scene in Hamburg. When their mother dies suddenly, the sisters return to the island to settle her estate.
