What to expect
Parel is the musical playground of singer Amber and producer Arno, who joined forces in early 2025.
From their home base around Utrecht, they build a universe of synths and beats, with some bass or guitar and an unexpected twist.
- Dutch-language indiepop with a modern 1980s nod
- Some songs are rhythmic and energetic
- Others are intimate, dreamy, or vulnerable
- Lyrics explore desire, alienation, happiness, and doubt
- Debut EP has five tracks
