What to expect
My Fitway Kids is a first pilot morning with dance classes for young children; the spoken languages are Dutch and English.
Children work playfully with rhythm, fantasy, motor skills, coordination and different ways of moving; younger children move together, while older children get simple dance tasks and short movement sequences.
Your ticket is valid for one class that fits your child's age, not for the whole morning.
In the baby and toddler classes, one parent or caregiver takes part; in the preschool and kindergarten classes, children dance independently.
The classes are adapted to each child's age and development and are taught by Sandra van Brenkelen, a dance teacher with HBO training and experience teaching children.
Photos and short videos may be taken for the My Fitway website and social media, and you can say before class whether your child may be recognizable.
- 09:00–09:45: Baby & parent, 6 weeks–1.5 years
- 10:00–10:45: Toddler & parent, 1.5–2.5 years
- 11:00–11:45: Preschool dance, 2.5–4 years
- 12:00–12:45: Kindergarten dance, 4–6 years

What ages is the pilot day for?
There are four classes:
09:00–09:45: Baby & parent, from 6 weeks to 1.5 years (with permission from a doctor or midwife)
10:00–10:45: Toddler & parent, 1.5–2.5 years
11:00–11:45: Preschool dance, 2.5–4 years
12:00–12:45: Kindergarten dance, 4–6 years
Do parents join the class?
In the baby and toddler classes, one parent or caregiver takes part actively. In the preschool and kindergarten classes, children dance independently without parents in the room.
What should my child wear or report?
Comfortable clothing in which your child can move easily is enough. Special dance clothes are not needed.

Your ticket is valid for one class that fits your child's age.
After the class you can optionally say whether you are interested in a weekly class; the pilot also looks at interest for a regular offer from January 2027.
