By bus, go to Laren (Gld.), then walk 4 km to the house.
Can I visit only the garden or museum shop?
Yes. In the garden you can walk the special tree path or choose a scavenger hunt.
The entrance and museum shop are in the basement.
The museum shop is open during Verwolde opening and is also accessible without a visit to the house.
It sells GLK products, books, cards, gifts and children's items.
Staff can explain what there is to do in and around the house.
Are food and drinks available?
In the old kitchen and on the terrace by the large pond you can enjoy coffee or tea with something from Wereldbakker Wijnand from Laren.
The small menu includes savoury quiche and poffertjes.
The old kitchen and terrace are open from April to October.
