About
Popup Choir is an interactive singing evening at Dok 6, Panningen, on Thursday 8 April 2027 at 20:15. The audience sings along and learns one song in multiple parts.
What to expect
Popup Choir is not a traditional concert, cabaret or music theatre; it is a fully interactive evening where the audience is the artist.
Tijmen de Koning and Maarten Bos lead the evening with quick jokes, sharp improvisation and singing, and they get you laughing and moving.
One half of the evening is learning 1 song in multiple parts with the whole room, and the other half is singing along to Queen music and other hits.
Since 2017, Popup Choir has brought tens of thousands of people together by singing.
- Everyone can join, even with a raspy voice
- Come with friends, your lover or your mother
- Or come alone
- Sold-out shows: Carré, Paradiso, Concertgebouw, Lowlands main stage
