After 14 years of renovation, Oper and Schauspiel Köln returned to Offenbachplatz in autumn 2026, with the opera house, the children's opera, the Schauspielhaus and the Kleines Haus under one roof again. The Musical Dome stands next to the main station, and stages around Cologne play everything from comedy to dance.
