Redmanns Münchner Märchenbühne: Aschenputtel

What to expect

Aschenputtel is called that by her two wicked stepsisters, Thisbe and Tusnelda, and she has a secret.

A small magic tree on her mother's grave gives her a beautiful dress, and she appears at the ball in the castle.

The king of the country, who intends to marry, falls in love with the unknown beauty.

Her stepmother and stepsisters do not suspect that she is Aschenputtel.

After the three-day celebrations, the king comes to the house and returns to his bride the golden shoe she lost on the castle steps.
