How to buy Live Nation tickets and get presale access
Live Nation has no ticket shop of its own: livenation.de sends you on to its ticket partners, mostly Ticketmaster, and tickets are also sold by Eventim and by partner outlets.
Prio Tickets let you buy up to 48 hours before everyone else. The Live Nation site names its Prio Ticketing partners, such as PayPal and MagentaMusik, and its What's New page shows which shows have a Prio Tickets sale and when.
A My Live Nation account gives you the newsletter, presales, a personal event calendar and news on sale starts for your favourite artists. You can sign up for the newsletter or cancel it at any time.
If a show is cancelled or postponed, you can return your tickets: ask Ticketmaster, Eventim or the outlet where you bought them. Live Nation's terms limit its liability to the face value of the ticket, and a refund request has to arrive in time, within the deadline the promoter sets before the replacement date. Apart from that, a completed order cannot be changed or returned.

What can I bring to a Live Nation concert?
Keep it small: bags up to A4 size are allowed, larger bags are generally banned, and everyone goes through a security check that includes a body check.
Live Nation asks you to bring only what you really need, such as a phone, keys, a wallet, medication or cosmetics (no deodorant, perfume or hairspray), in a small backpack, belt bag or handbag. Stadium and arena shows and festivals can have different rules, so read the info emails from your ticket outlet and the venue's website.
Wheelchair users and people with a severe disability (marked B or Bl in the disability pass) usually get a free companion ticket. Check the event information at Ticketmaster or Eventim, where a separate booking phone number is often listed, or email [email protected].

Individual shows can have different age limits, for example because of local authority conditions or the type of event. These are shown during the order and at the venue.
