Google Analytics 4 and PostHog start when the website loads. They store identifiers in first-party cookies and local storage so we can count visits and see when people come back, which pages are used, which links are clicked and how far pages are scrolled.
PostHog also records clicks, scrolling and page changes on our website to show how pages are used. Recordings hide everything typed into fields and the email addresses we show back to you.
You can turn this off above. Then Google Analytics 4 and PostHog run without cookies or local storage and only count visits; PostHog tells visits apart with a daily code that its servers compute and that cannot follow you from day to day.
Advertising cookies, advertising identifiers and ad personalisation are never used.
We always keep your language and appearance settings, and your analytics choice if you change it, in first-party cookies, because the website needs them to work as you chose.
