Societaetstheater, Dresden

About

What to expect

This family concert in the pre-Christmas season features songs by guitarist Rüdiger Krause.

Rüdiger Krause is described as a go-to guitarist for Uschi Brüning, Barbara Thalheim and Günther Fischer, with a reserved poetic and dynamic style.

His new Christmas album combines classical folk song with the All-American Swingbook.

The Ring-Trio of Feature Ring from HELLERAU has brought artists to Dresden monthly since 2007 and presents first encounters.

The artists meet the day before to work out the repertoire.

Feature Ring is described as more than a concert evening: a space for encounter, perspectives and colorful utopias.

  • Rüdiger Krause – guitar
  • Demian Kappenstein – percussion, conversation
  • Felix-Otto Jacobi – double bass
  • Eren Solak – keyboards
